Elderberry popsicles = after school treat

Hi Reader,

It's August and where I live it's one of the hottest months of the year and it's also the month kids go back to school. And if you have kids in school, you know what a petri dish it can be. Seems like there's always a round of colds that happen in the first few weeks back.

It's been 105 every day this week πŸ₯΅, which make these popsicles the perfect after school snack.

They help boost immune systems to hopefully avoid the sniffles that seem to always hit after the first couple of weeks after school starts,

If you haven't made Elderberry syrup before, that recipe's linked inside too β€” it keeps in the fridge for a few weeks so you can make a batch of popsicles anytime.

Here's to a (slightly) less sniffly school year!

Elderberry Popsicles Recipe - the perfect after school snack when it's hot.

A great back to school option for kids to get the benefits of elderberry syrup while it's still hot.

Plastic Free Popsicle Mold

I am in love with this stainless steel popsicle mold! (I didn't have it yet when when I did the photos for the elderberry popsicles - but I do now, and am loving it). If you need a popsicle mold, I highly recommend this one!

Find me on Pinterest, Facebook, and Etsy and most recently YouTube! (but mostly on Pinterest)

diy homemade facial serum

Hi Reader, Several years ago, I realized I could easily make my favorite expensive facial serum for pennies on the dollar, and I've never gone back to store bought. This serum is my all time favorite beauty hack and I make a big bottle of it every couple months. I keep refilling the same bottle! It costs almost nothing, and is better than any store bought serum, in my humble opinion. Get the Facial Serum Recipe You can easily customize this serum for your own skin type - whether that's dry...
