My secret weapon for muscle recovery 🌿

Hi Reader,

Whether it’s from a tough workout, a long day on your feet, or just the general “aches and pains” of daily life, we all have those moments where our muscles need a little extra TLC.

For me, lately it's bending over in the garden in my efforts to grow our own food that is making my back not so happy.

I’m a huge fan of Arnica. It is an absolute powerhouse for recovery. So, of course, you have to know that I've made my own Arnica bath salts and an Arnica cream to use for targeted relief after the soak.

Today, I’m sharing two of my favorite ways to use this incredible herb. And you can add essential oils to help ease the aches and pains even more!

Arnica Bath Soak Salts

These salts help ease tension, soothe away aches and pain, and get your body ready for a restful night.

Speaking of restful nights, if you missed my email with all my natural sleep remedies, check it out here.

Arnica Cream

This is my secret weapon for targeted relief. It’s smooth, deeply moisturizing, and perfect for rubbing into sore joints or sore backs.

Both of these DIY's are incredibly easy to “whip up” in minutes. If you would like a natural alternative to store-bought creams that are often filled with synthetic fragrances and mystery chemicals, you’re going to love these. And, they cost less than store bought!

Give them a try and let me know which one becomes your new favorite!

I love to hear from you! Let me know if you try one, how it worked out for you, and what you're interested in.
