Your April stress-less "toolkit"

We’ve all heard the saying: You can’t pour from an empty cup. But between the endless to-do lists and the daily hustle, it’s easy to forget to check your own "fill level".

Since April is Stress Awareness Month, I want to help you trade that overwhelmed feeling for a moment of true, holistic tranquility.

This week, we’re moving beyond simple face masks and diving into some deeper ways to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Here are 3 simple, holistic ways you can help to refill your cup. I love to use essential oils for helping to calm my mind, so I've included a list of my favorites to use for that, as well as some meditation diffuser blends.

If you're not sure how to meditate, all you have to do is create a few minutes of quiet and stillness and let your mind wander. You can do this anywhere - your bed, your living room floor, even in your car. It doesn't have to be complicated.
